E-conveyancing is an electronic procedure for buying, selling and registering property (or land) in England and Wales, replacing the traditional, time-consuming conveyancing process.
E-conveyancing provides fast and open access to conveyancing information online so reduces the stress and delay for buyers and sellers and also reduces the risk of home buyers being gazumped.
The e-conveyancing process also speeds up payments as simultaneous transactions can take place.
